We are pleased to share an overview of the specialized training and services offered by Growth and Hope Foundation LLC, based in Chicago. Our mission is to ensure essential post-discharge continuity of care and enhance the skills and knowledge of patients, medical facilities, and healthcare professionals.

**Wound Care Consultation and Education**

 

We provide specialized training and education in wound care consultations, available in person, online, or through onsite visits. Our Certified WCC Specialist also offers Wound Care Coordinator training for New / Current Wound Care Coordinators. Wound Care Training for Floor nurses who are delegated wound care tasks. etc. The Growth and Hope Foundation also offers prn wound care nurses who can provide prn wound care consultations or prn shifts in hospitals, long term care, and in home settings. The WCC expert further educates patients, families, and medical professionals on foundational wound care and various treatment modalities.

 

**Central Venous Access Program**

 

This comprehensive program integrates the basics of central venous access insertions, along with the treatment and maintenance of access lines. The training is structured into six core areas:

 

*Peripheral IV Access technique and insertion

 

*The Art of Peripheral Access and Insertion.

 

* Training on Insertion and Preparation of Peripheral Inserted Venous Catheters (PIVCs) 

 

*Midlines.

 

* Maintenance and Troubleshooting Training.

 

* We also provide licensed and skilled nursing personnel to hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other customers to insert, and troubleshoot Peripheral, PICC, and Midlines upon request.

 

The Growth & Hope Foundation is dedicated to:

1. Providing specialized Wound Care consultation via telehealth or in person 24 hours a day, connecting patients with qualified specialists at their doorstep or fingertip, whether they are at home, in skilled nursing facilities, or in a hospital.

2. Providing Wound Care Training for New/ Current Wound Care Coordinators, nurses, or UAP or family members or patients proving in wound care for patients.

3. Provide PRN Wound Care Nurse for 8, 10, 12 hours shift in hospital, nursing home, or home settings, etc.

4. Offering specialized Central Venous Access Training for Healthcare Professionals, delivered through both in-person and virtual formats tailored to accommodate demanding work schedules.
